  1. This will be a hybrid instruction → group discussion → brainstorm + implement workshop. You won't just be listening to me talk – rather, you'll end the day with a customised task list of the steps needed to set up an effective launch the right way

  2. It will last about 4 hours

  3. There will be 2 live sessions (you'll be asked which one you want to join) – early morning UK and late afternoon UK. No matter your timezone, you won't be asked to wake up at 3am!

  4. You'll be sent a handbook before the workshop that will help you conceptualise much of what we'll be covering, ensuring that largely on the same page when we kick things off (and so we can spend as much time doing as possible)

  5. After your workshop, you'll get access to a video recording of the entire thing. It's yours forever.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm hosting the same workshop twice, and depending on your timezone you'll be able to choose the date that works for you:

  • March 19 from 10am - 3pm UK time (with a one hour break)

  • March 26 from 5pm - 10pm UK time (with a one hour break)

The first workshop is ideal for those in Europe and early risers on the east coast of North America, and the second workshop is best for everyone else.

I've hosted workshops in the past that are exclusively instructional (with some Q&A at the end), but I've always found that these would probably be better pre-recorded.

The real benefit of a live, Zoom-to-Zoom event lies in the dialogue.

Each workshop has 2 working sessions, and I've split each session into 3-4 blocks where we focus in on a specific concept or idea.

These blocks will begin with a bit of introduction and overview from me, and then we'll get in to either a group exercise or roundtable discussion. We'll complete each block with some time for you to add your next steps to your personal takeaway/task list.

By the end of the day you'll have 7 big "a ha" realisations, along with a thorough outline of how you'll do the work to implement each of these ideas. These will be your marching orders: after the workshop you'll then be able to get to work implementing (i.e. writing copy or wiring things up in your email platform)

Ideally you have enough notice to block out the time to attend live. It's going to be much more valuable for you to be there and to be engaged than it will be to just watch the recordings.

I will make the recordings available, however. So if you have a particular rambunctious child that keeps you from fully engaging throughout the entire workshop, you will end up with a video recording of the entire workshop.
